My last 5 ('90 535) had "loose" rear doors from day one. The dealer was successful in tightening them up, and it never caused further problems. My newest '99 seems to be developing similar symptoms, but admittedly not as severe, on the driver's door. I also have "soft" noises...like flexing or creaking of interior panels,,,,very subdued, but there nonetheless. Anybody else have any experience with (door?) rattles on sport equipped 540's? At $60K, they should be perfect.
