You definitely have to remove the entire doorpanel to get at the front doorspeakers. Also, the midrange is an odd size and NOT readily replacable, so if you have the DSP system changing the speakers out won't help as much as you'd think, because there's no easy replacement for the midrange, at least that I know of. Also, the tweeter resides in the window molding so you have to remove that as well. While doing this you have to watch out for the side airbag which is attached to the door as well.

IMHO the best thing you can do is find out who the reputable car audio installation shops are in your area and go see each of them in person. Ask to see samples of their work. Ask to talk to the installer. Ask to see the shop area. If they won't let you do any or all of these things, move on.
