Could I get your input to three tires (Brand/Model # etc.) and sizes (235 vs 245 etc.) I should consider for my '98 540i 6spd?

I only use the car in Minnesota in the summer and So. Florida in the winter. Most of my miles are Highway miles but, I work the car around town too. I'm hyper sensitive to balance, noise and performance primarily in dry but want to be safe in wet. My stock Dunlop 2000 235's have lasted for about 25k and need replacing this month.
