The dial is not a part that is able to be ordered. the instrument cluster comes as a total package. All the measurements are calculated according to the requirements for that country - which is determined by the "country code" software that is loaded into the unit at the factory.

I have not pulled my cluster out, but I expect it can be opened to give you access to the face of the dial inside. At that point you could apply some stick on numbers at the appropriate place to give you the MPH points.

Either that or find a wrecked US model and buy the instrument cluster and switch the dial faces (Assuming that the dial face is removable - it might not be)

Note - you will not be able to use a recovered US instrument cluster since it is coded with the VIN for the other car - not able to be recoded that I know of)
