Does anyone have any thoughts on ordering their car from the factory through the dealer vs. buying one off the dealers lot? My question pertains to the fact that all new cars have a break in period where they should not be driven hard. Yet people who test drive cars on the dealers lot push the cars(especially BMWs) to get a feel of the performance of the car. If a lot of people test drove, the car you bought, in this manner, is that going to cause the car to have more problems then one that has never been test driven? Could this be the reason why some people have a lot of problems with their new cars while others don't have any?
