Service in Phoenix: need help! (archive)

If anyone could offer his or her opinion on which facility to take my 528 for service (Chapman BMW or Camelback BMW)I would greatly appreciate it. I will be taking it in for service for the first time in Phoenix and want to get the best treatment possible.

Also, If I complain about the squeaks and rattles in the car, would the dealer make an effort to fix it, or will they say there is nothing I can do about it?
