I bought my Certified Pre-Owned 97540iA in first week of July from Momentum in Houston. That day salesman said they would order me new keys.
Week later- Salesman said- no keys- said it takes a while, will call.
2 Week later no call- salesman said was not in yet- will call.
Month later- no call- salesman not there- Sales manager said sorry keys not in, and no record of order being in. Will take care of and call you.
6 Weeks later- no call from salesman- no call from Manager- salesman not there- sales manager not there, General Manager said he would look into it and retun call- No call yesterday or today...

Anybody got any ideas on how to get a key from BMW?

I would not normally post this minor incident to the board- but this is only one incident among several so far at this dealership... I'm trying not to be worried. This is my 9th BMW... so far poorest dealership experience of then all. Car is great.
