Day Time Driving Lights Question (archive)

I have a european version 1999 528i, how can I determine whether my car is equipped with Day Time Driving Lights (DTDL). Is DTDL part of the Key/Car Memory feature? which my car does come with. If the car does come with this feature, is this a feature that only the dealer can program it? Thanks in advance.
