Those rates are wrong and do not seem to calculate correctly. The residuals used as defaults are for non-BMW direct leasing and are almost 10% lower (worse) than current BMWFS residuals. CarOrder does not do leasing currently, however you MAY be able to lease from the delivering dealer. The BMW rates are currently quite good, however the payments shown on the CO site are off by many $100's per month. Supposdly CO will be offering leasing, but genrally the manufacturer supported rates are much better.
