: I shopped at Ferman BMW before and almost bought from them. But their sales department engaged in the most tedious negotiating process I've ever seen, totally out of place in a premium-make dealership. Even the floormats had to be haggled over. It really cheapened the whole experience.

: I heard they've had an exodus of sales staff recently.

Recently acquired a 2000 328ci from Ferman. Best experience I've ever had from a high line dealer. No "tedious negotiation process" and the mats were in the car upon delivery. Same salesperson I dealt with three years ago. I highly recommend Ferman.
