ڀthe aftermarĠupgrade.

: Wheels: As others have said, the m-parallel wheels look great. I was on the fence on these when I ordered them, but I'm very glad I have them. Since I de-badged my car, this would be the only noticeable way for others to discern from the outside that its a 540. Save maybe the tail lights fast disappearing :)

:

: Seats: The sport seats are VERY comfortable - much more so than the sport seats in the e36 (not counting their actual position relative to the pedals).

: Color: I went with the Cosmos Black - and it looks great, exp. next to a jet black car. Just enough metallic flakes to give it a dark, dark grey color. I was considering Anthracite, but I'm very happy w/ cosmos.

: Thats all for now - many thanks to the experts here on this board and the knowledge I've gained on the e39.

Greg,

Glad you're having fun, it gets even better. It sounds like you may still have the limiting clip they install (don't ask me why) in the seat rail. Take a look, because you should have plenty of rearward motion in your seat. You will probably find a small hairclip like device at the rear of one of the seat rails. Remove and toss it in the old circular file. You should then have plenty of seat adjustment to make the whole shooting match work.

Also, as a note to Chris, the 4.4L is "throttled" in the conventional way, not a fly by wire setup. The M5 and the V12 are the only current engines using electonic control of the throttles.
