Well Kudos has to go to BMWNA on this one! Today I got a call from BMWNA customer relations. At first I thought "Who is this REALLY"? But is was them. Seems like they read this board often. In response to a post earlier about a rought shift from 1st to 2nd they were really concerned that I get satisfaction on this issue.
For all the knocks BMWNA customer service takes this is outstanding and above and beyond service. They have a case open and want to follow this to closure!
It is nice to see that our concerns are actually reviewed and notice taken.
