The lights and related wiring remain fixed within the bottom of side panel and were left remaining that way throughout the process. Other than popping out the bottom edge of the panel loose from the door's sheetmetal, I didn't remove a thing to be able to access those three screws holding the coinholder.

I broke one clip when re-installing the side panel. I misjudged the entry point of the clip with respect to the punched hole on the sheetmetal door and in haste, I pounded the panel with my fist and ended up crushing the clip.

I used my wife's cleaver to pry open the panel away.

: When you removed the changeholder, before going after those clips at the bottom of the door frame, did you first remove the light and other fasteners at the bottom of the door as described in other posts concerning door panel removal for speaker access? Did you break any clips? What tool did you use to pry the panel away? Thanks
