I have installed dynamat in a previous car and I used the super. The primary difference is the thickness and the weight. I installed it myself and it was a labor intensive job. I had to remove panels apply the dynamat with heat, etc. I really think that the dynamat is a huge help but it is costly. The sheets are expensive and the labor will not be cheap. I used the super and was pleased with the results. Use this link to learn the differences between the three types, then you can pick which is right for you.
