: : I need to get new 235/45R17's for my E39. What is the best tire for comfort/ride and performance? What do y'all recommend? Thanks in advance...

: I've had them for about 2500 miles now and love them. Super grip, steering response, slightly firmer ride than the SP2000E and no squealing. They brought the life out from the M-Technic suspension.

I read on the Michelin website that the Pilot SX (or one of the Pilots) are OEM on SOME Sport package equipped E39 528s and 540s. Is this true? I know that most of the E39s have Dunlop SP2000s and Continental Sport contact OEM. Did anybodys Sport package equipped E39s come with the Pilots?
