...forget the screws, the 2-sided tape will hold just fine...bought mine from Bekker's and had it attached 2 months's rock solid...if you want to keep everyone thinking, take your numbers off at the same time...

: Has anyone put a M5 (E39) rear spoiler on their 528/540? I checked with my dealer's parts department yesterday and they show it mounted with 2 screws from inside the trunk. Just want to make sure this is the same/best way others have done it prior to ordering the parts. Also, did you have your dealer or a body shop do your installation?
