It's so damn hard to find anyone in the 12 volt business that has a clue of what they're doing these days...everyone is out to make a fast buck and not do a quality installation. Having said that, Rich's Car Tunes in Boston has survived throughout the years and has such a vast amount of knowledge that paying his labor rates (which are a bit higher than competition) is without a doubt worth it...in other words, the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here.

I will be stopping by his store after the New Year to talk with him about this upgrade. Thanks a lot for the post! (And very interesting info about the DSP box - what a hoax!)
