I got my xpel paint and headlight protection kit last week, although it's being raining for a whole week, I decided to install the kit by myself over the weekend.
I started off reading the instruction manual thoroughly and watching the instruction video twice, then my wife and I spent 2 hours to finish up everthing and I do think my wife had became an expert on the installation:-). We do enountered some minor problems, but nothing severe. I believe as long as you follow the instructions from the manual and video, it's not hard at all.
The result is fantastic, you have to be close and pay extra attention to notice there's something on the frontend of the hood, and headlight protection is invisibile.
Now I can comfortably cruise my 540ia sport on the highway without worrying about the paint chip.

Xpel: good stuff!
