: : Just abandoned my A4 for a lovely hardly-used '97 528i (non-sport). While pretty happy with the car, I find it a bit soft. Anyone supply a coilover kit for this car - preferably with adjustable spring perch on the shock body? I don't want too much lowering (bad past experiences with the A4 here!). Archives don't have alot. Any advice/experience?? Many thanks.

(i) Dinan disatvantage: Dinan makes only rear anti-sway bar (17 mm). Price: $300 with RUBBER bushings, whih do not last long.

Dinan advantage: it is adjustable.

(ii) Eibach advantage: front and rear bars (27 mm /18 mm), front adjustable, urethane bushings. Price: $429 at Tire Rack.

Eibach disadvantage: can not think of any.
