Fair Lease Price for 540i ?? (archive)

I need some help, the dealer is throwing all this jargon about money factors, cap residual, etc. What did someone out there pay for their 2000, 540i, six speed. No options.

I am putting down 7000 drive off for a 36 months, 10k per year. Thanks. (ps. If you quote a number, exclude state tax)
