...supercharge them. You cannot beat a 2300 lbs.
car with 200 or so HP vs. a 3800 lbs with say
310 hp with Dinan mods until you reach high speeds, then your horsepower will eventually win out. Also, I guarantee you that the civic was a manual and the driver knew how to use it real well.

NOTE: I used the ENGLISH unit system because
I just didn't feel like doing the conversions.
