Really, don't worry. You car has other strengths. BTW, about 7 or 8 yrs back when first out of grad school I, very conservatively, bought a Geo Prism manual. And I usually saw most better cars behind me. Reasons- manoevering to be in the right place, stick shift, and of course the fact that they were never really any races - I do not usually race but just like to drive fast off the block. Sold the prism at 80000 miles for $3500 so it was the best bang for the buck at $9500 brand new. I still think that saving is the foundation of my ability of buy expensive cars today.
But the expensive BMWs are better at handling etc. etc. and much more.
Oh, and the geo was stock always.
Not trying to make a major point - just that you really should not worry about these supercharged or whatever cars.
