I used to drag race a C/MP car (3800lbs). I maybe way off here as it's been a long time but, I can't see how you can get that et with street rubber or without blowing a trans out. It would take nearly 600hp! ?

: in between 11.7 - 12.3 with OEM final drive (6 speed, 2.82 final drive, correct me if I am wrong). If you go with 3.64 you drop 1.5 - 1.7 seconds. 740i (not 740iL) is 200-250 lbs heavier then 540 (we are talknig 4.0 V8). This leads me to beleive this VERY HAPPY guy numbers.

: P.S. After driving SC E39 540 since September, RMS is ready to release 7.5 psi boost SC system: 420 h.p./460 lbs. I actually did some "grass root" research on Dinan and RMS systems for 4.0 V8 and 3.2 I6 engines. I tend to beleive RMS claims.
