I don't see what's hard to understand, my point is:

1) Don't drive like dick.
In that case, the traffic was not light, it was not a case of 2 slow guys doing 40mph side by side and holding up the entire hway. The Millenia S didn't have anywhere to go, so the 528 was being a dick.

2) Be smart and know your limits.
If I drove like a dick and pissed someone off, then I wanted to zoom by him on the side, I will make sure my car is capable of doing so.

I would not do what the 528 did in the first place, IF I did, I would be smart to know what I can handle.
If it's a yellow V8 Mustang, my 540 would be in trouble, so I would not try to spank him on the side.
Now if I was driving my Testarossa, it would not matter it's a Mustang, but it will be tough if it's a Porsche turbo. But if I am in my 550hp Supra then it won't matter if it's a Porsche turbo, just gotta watch out for those 10sec Grand National :)
