You need to accrue points as with DINAN. Kind of like with the DMV -

Total Needed: 10 points

Driing w/ foglights on when not foggy: 2 points

Having ///M badge on non-M car: 2 points

Having proof of 50 over the speed limit (ticket or picture) 5 points.

Driving like you want to where there are no speed limits: automatic 10 points
