Problem with Continental tires (archive)

Can anyone tell me if there is factory hazard warranty tires. I have 450 miles on a new 528 and am being told that I have somehow run over something that has put pin holes in the two drivers' side tires. I find this hard to beleive. any help or advice would be appreciated.
