: Depends on what you are willing to pay for. Price for your 540i should increase 2.5% for 2001. The only changes scheduled is an updated front headlight/kidney grill design that gets a lower profile more similiar to the 3 series. Probably not worth the 2.5% unless you gotta have the latest.
