How do you pull out the MID/Stereo? (archive)

I have a loud metallic buzzing/rattle coming from the stereo panel where the volume control is (MID?). How do you slide this unit out? I noticed it is seperate of the tabe deck just above it.

Any help appreciated ASAP.
