I bought a '97 528iA with 37K miles from a dealer (so it was Certified) and paid $33,250 (after some tough negotiation).

: I looked on Kelly Blue Book and they say a 97 with 38k miles is worth 36,040. KBB prices are usually not icorrect with the REAL market.

: It is in good shape (Non Sport). What have you all seen as prices out there?
