AT&T One Rate PCS plan and CPT 7000 compatability? (archive)

Does anybodt know if the new BMW CPT 7000 Motorola Digital StarTac phone works on the AT&T PCS Network? AT&T adverstises a Motorola ST 7797 Multi Network StarTac. Does anybody know if this phone will work with the E39 Controls (Steering Wheel, MID, etc.)? I want the in car phone (safety and convenience) but I travel alot and want to keep just one number with my national PCS AT&T plan. TIA for any help.
