: Does anybodt know if the new BMW CPT 7000 Motorola Digital StarTac phone works on the AT&T PCS Network? AT&T adverstises a Motorola ST 7797 Multi Network StarTac. Does anybody know if this phone will work with the E39 Controls (Steering Wheel, MID, etc.)? I want the in car phone (safety and convenience) but I travel alot and want to keep just one number with my national PCS AT&T plan. TIA for any help.

PCS is a bit different than TDMA/analog that AT&T uses for the Digital One Rate plan. I am in the same boat in that I have the TDMA/analog service. I believe the CPT7000 TDMA phone also has dual band capability for TDMA and analog. I'll try and find more info and let you know.
