: Art, if the humidity is low they will not drain. Not enough water inthe air to condense.For the musty smell do two things. Run the heater from time to time to dry the little moisture that is in there, next spray in the vents some OZIUM whick will kill the fungus. Once the smell is there there is no real permanent fix, som get a couple of cans.
