Unrealistic to expect 150,000 mi from 528i? (archive)

I hate the car buying experience, so I want a reliable car I can keep for 5-6 years at 25k per year. Many of the posts I read here and elsewhere imply that it may be smart to get out of the BMW before the warranty runs out. Great driving car, but not really built well enough to hold for a long time. Any thoughts appreciated... Thanks in advance.
