I live in Bavaria, and ususally when I travel I make hotel reservations through Yahoo Travel. Just pick each city and your travel dates, and they tell you what is available. Very easy to use. All three star and above in Europe are good quality and have high standards. Be sure to get hotels with breakfast included, you will love it. I have been to all your listed cities, should be a great trip.
