5spd 97' 528i should I buy? (archive)

Found a clean Aspen Silver, 97, 5spd 528i at a local car lot (not BMW center) with 52k for $28,500.00. car seem very thight but has a squeak in drivers door. I've read archives and this seems to be a common problem with this model. I've been looking for a a 5sp for a several months now and this is the nicest I've found. Ran Carfax, appears to be a lease car from PA. Please advise!
