The new engine meets the much stricter future european and US emission laws, so not only will it be more powerful (mostly in HP, sorry) but also more fuel efficient.: I read that the 2000 193HP and 206fp of torque will be replaced by a "530" 2001 with 225HP and 214fp of torque:
: 2 question: what could explain a ~16% increase in HP but marginal torque increase?
