Dinan, justifiably, does not sell their badges unless the minimum Dinan upgrades have been purchased. You may find someone willing to sell you the badge, but I hope not. This reminds me of when I used to see the BMW "M" badge stuck on everything under the sun. Took away from the meaning of the designation.

If you want a Dinan emblem, buy and install their systems; you'll then get it for free.
