Dinan was going to come with a new badge whcih comes in curve-designed alphabets (instead of the striaght)but they drop the case. Dinan is very strict about giving out their badges, they insist their customers to obtain 10 Dinan points in order to get the badge.
I think the stright-designed badge fit my car rather well. It looks much better (the aggressive look) than I expected.
I beleive the following is the points figurations:

Stage I, II & III Suspension System: 5 Points
Stage I Engine software : 2 Points
Dinan Transmission Download: 1 Point
High Flow Cold Air Intake Systems with Stage II Engine Software Download: 2 Points

Dinan Wheel Set: 5 Points

I didn't have the Dinan wheel set, however, I do have Full Stage suspension & Engine work with CAI, and my recent purchase of the Dinan floor mats (they are Very nice). So I've met 10pts for the Badge. I think I'm one of the few E39 to get this badge so I'm quite happy with this.
