My car was a special order from BMW Canada and while it is a MY97 it has indeed...

* Factory Installed Xenon Lights
* Cosmos Black (Aka BMW 303)
* US EPA/California CARB Specs (Speedometer in MPH)
* US Navigation System
* Canadian Winter Package
* Headlamp wash
* Super detergent windshield washing system
* Oversize windshield wash (6Liters)
* Heated Seats/Steering Wheel

I moved from Canada to California after taking delivery of the E39.
