I gave up trying to figure which adapters will work. I purchased a BMW 6-cd player and bracket for a 2000 528i at about $400.00 from Pacific BMW. I was surprised with the amount of skipping which did not occur on my previous non-BMW car with a dash mounted CD player...Rudy
