Last time I looked into European delivery, I was told that cars are finished about a month before delivery date. Call the European delivery desk at BMW NA to get hard facts about your car. They'll tell you.

: I pick my car up in Munich on May 19th and wanted to make a small change but dealer says the car is already built. Anyone know if this is correct or is he just lazy?
