In order to adjust the foglights you have to remove to the fog lights. First, You need to remove the black grill beside the light. There are 2 pin connectors at the top - pull these out and then just pull that section of the grill out.

The screw at the centre side (See the Pic - Circled area) is for adjsuting vertical aim.
