After reading about the lack of greeting from other bimmer drivers, I think we should have a discreet way to greet each other without embrassing ourselves. What to you ladies and gents think of this for a bimmer greeting?

As you drive toward another bimmer, using either the right or left hand that is holding on the top of the steering wheel, give 2 quick waves by moving the 4 fingers up and down. In other words, while holding the steering wheel at the 12 o'clock position, open and close your hand with the palm towards the front of the car.

If he or she does not wave back, no harms done and you won't feel like an idiot waving all over the place.
