"No Alarm" Activation; nose blinks & lights flash (archive)

I read that with version 20 of MoDic you can have car programmed so that clown nose blinks and lights at the four corners flash when you lock and unlock.
Which lights flash? the amber signal lights?

Dealer said it couldn't be done with version 21, is this true.

Dealer said it couldn't be done without DWA, which only comes with the alarm, is this true?

Perhaps the "no alarm" activation can only be done on 328's but not 323's. This shouldn't be the case since both cars are the same except for engine, crankshaft, and luxury extras.
