I live in Salem Oregon - Have had most of my work done at Rasmussen BMW. I have been very happy with service there. Contact "Albert" in the service department(226-0380) - he deals and will provide for you a loaner car! Rasmussen's is a Dinan and AC Schnitzer dealer - I know you will find something there to quench your thirst. I do not believe that the rear window has to come out-just the rear seat and package shelf! Good luck!
