Why no return email address jen? First let me point out that I have NO, ABSOLUTELY NO, affiliation, relationship and/or dealings with zymol. I do not work for them, etc., etc. However, what 'jen' described is NOT price fixing. Price fixing would be where Zymol Requires and forces the agents and dealers that sell for them to sell at a particular price level with no discounts... That is, where they do not let their agents and dealers sell at whatever price they want. Nowhere does jen's post describe that situation. Just because zymol may want to force it's agents out of business and sell themselves on the net is NOT price fixing.

Now, before the flames begin, let me finish by saying that I have never even used the damn product.

: i heard from larry that zymol is making him sign a contract that is essentially so one sided that no one would ever sign it. therefore no one will sign it, and zymol will sell on the internet directly, and only zymol will be selling directly on the net. THEN IT CAN SELL IT AT WHATEVER PRICE IT WANTS TO. so essentially it is a price fixing scheme to get rid of everyone out there that sells zymol. We bmw people supported him and now he is trying to screw us. Lets all call zymol and email them so get rid of this contract for everyone. let competition run free and bring the prices of zymol down to market true levels, not what chuck is trying to do, sell a $5 wax to us for $45. BOYCOTT ZYMOL NOW.
