Getting my pre-owned 97 528i, what too look for (archive)

Just graduated from College and got my new it Job. So I went by BMW of Bayside found a lovely 528i for 29K with 45k miles on it. I just could'nt pass it up. My 2nd choice was a new acura CL type S. Thanks everybody for helping me make the decision. I take delivery on wednesday. Are there any checks I should do before driving off.

by the way, Whats with $1870 for insurance
