Is a great buy worth it if the color is ugly? (archive)

I have seen a brand new 99 540 sport 6sp, sitting on a lot
here, it it some kinda light green GAG. I was talking
to a guy who said the dealer offered this to him at 46K
and was begging him to take it! The car has been sittin for at least 7 months now, and nobody wants the light gag green
on black 540i. I currently have a 99 540i black on black,
steptronic w 27k miles on it. would it be worth it to
make a low ball offer on this, and maybe repaint it silver
or is it to much hassle to go through to get a no mileage car? I dont think I could brave driving it everyday!
