I know of a person who put these wheels on their 7 series and still has serious problems with the car shaking at some speeds. He says that the quality isn't as good as he wanted, which is why I went with the BMW M Parallels (for my E38 7). It is much more expensive, but at least you get more peace of mind. Just have to look out for those potholes.
