I put in M5 sway bars over Eibach because they use rubber bushings rather than the polyurethane (squeeks over time).

The rear bar is easy to put in (about 15-20 min utes)

The front is a PITA - the engine has to be LIFTED - so that is why and the labour time is about 3 hours.

However...after all is said and done...my 540 now has noticebly less body roll...very nice!

Sorry...no instructions on how to do but just thought I could share my experience with upgrading them.
